In everyday accounts, I am Mark T. Carboni, a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana. My passion for cooking and photography are equally weighted. There is something genuine about cooking a meal. The process does not have to be a burden and with the recipes I share and present, you will find that duplicating this in your own home will be easier and even exciting.

As for the photography, my work stems from the passion to capture what may have been passed or missed as we walk or drive through our sometimes wild and chaotic world. As I pause in my step, I capture through unique snapshots from my daily travels the world we may have missed if we walked on by.

Together my recipes and photos have found a marriage in the first Cookin' with Carbo cookbook. Every page captures one of the passions and allows you, the reader, to be a part of the emotion.
